UTOPIC FAM is here, and with it, U-POINTS
A membership that turns into points, and points you already have for what you've bought from UTOPIC. Here's how it all works.
UTOPIC has always been more than a summer week. It's the people who come back every year, who sign up for classes, who wear SUPPLY and who write to us in winter asking about the next edition. We wanted a way for that «being part of it» to show all year round, and that's where two new things come from: U-POINTS and UTOPIC FAM.
U-POINTS: your UTOPIC points
For every euro you pay at UTOPIC you earn 1 U-POINT: in the shop, on tickets and also on purchases at our stand. Each U-POINT is worth €0.01 (100 U-POINTS = €1) and they never expire. You can see them in your account, with everything you've added up.
If you've bought from UTOPIC before, you already have U-POINTS. We've gone through every purchase made on the website since August 2024 and added 1 U-POINT per euro to each account. If you bought without an account, create one with the same email and you'll get them the first time you open your profile.
UTOPIC FAM: the best way to be part of UTOPIC
FAM is our membership: a monthly fee that turns into U-POINTS. This is what it includes:
- 3,750 U-POINTS every month (€37.50). In 12 months that's 45,000: €450, the price of the camp pass in its first phase.
- Redeeming your U-POINTS. Everyone earns them, but turning them into discounts is a members' perk.
- Double U-POINTS at SUPPLY: 2 points for every euro on clothing and merch.
- Exclusive UTOPIC Summer Camp presale and priority access to new SUPPLY collections.
- The UTOPIC apps in Pro: Reframe, Tutorialize and Analizer, unlimited.
- 1,000 U-POINTS (€10) on your birthday.
How to redeem them
From your account you choose how many U-POINTS to redeem (from 100, in steps of 100) and get a single-use discount coupon, valid for a year, for the shop or tickets. Changed your mind? As long as you haven't used it, you can cancel it and the U-POINTS go straight back to your balance.
One important note: U-POINTS pay for the pass but don't reserve a spot. You secure your spot by buying the ticket, and members get the presale before the public sale opens.
No commitment
You can cancel anytime from your account: you stay a member until the end of the month you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. Your U-POINTS stay in your account and never expire. If you have questions, ask the website assistant or write to us.
