Who sells

What is sold here

A place at UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp, sold as a named ticket covering every class and activity of the week. Accommodation and food are not included.

Add-ons to that place: a seat on the bus between Barcelona and the campsite, and entry to the battles.

Clothing and accessories in SUPPLY, bought separately and unrelated to whether you come to the camp.

Accommodation is NOT sold here: it is booked and paid through the campsite.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes.

The price of a place goes up in phases: the one that applies is the one live on the day you buy.

The amount that counts is always the one in the cart or in the summary before payment, not the one on a page you left open.

Clothing carries no shipping cost, because it is not shipped: you collect it in person at the next event.

How a place is paid for

In full, 100 % when you book.

Or half when you book to secure the place, and the other half at check in.

There are no other instalment options.

How you get your order

We do NOT ship by courier for now. Whatever you buy in SUPPLY is collected in person at the next UTOPIC event.

We keep it aside with your name on it. If you end up not coming, write to summercamp@utopicdance.com and we'll sort it: either we hold it for the next one, or we refund you.

If something sells out between your order and us packing it, we'll tell you and refund that amount.

Changes to the camp programme

The schedule, spaces and teaching staff may change for reasons outside our control.

If a change materially affects what you bought, we'll tell you by email.

Age

Under-16s need consent from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult staying at the campsite.

16 and 17 year olds can come on their own, also with that consent.

Behaviour

UTOPIC is built on four things: community, respect, enjoyment and growth.

Any harassment, violence or discrimination means immediate removal from the camp with no refund.

The campsite's own rules apply on top of these.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

As a consumer you can go to the courts where you live.
