Who sells

What is sold here

A place at UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp, sold as a named ticket covering every class and activity of the week. Accommodation and food are not included.

Add-ons to that place: a seat on the bus between Barcelona and the campsite, and entry to the battles.

Clothing and accessories in SUPPLY, bought separately and unrelated to whether you come to the camp.

Accommodation is NOT sold here: it is booked and paid through the campsite.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes.

The price of a place goes up in phases: the one that applies is the one live on the day you buy.

The amount that counts is always the one in the cart or in the summary before payment, not the one on a page you left open.

Clothing carries the shipping cost you see in the cart before paying: mainland Spain €4.95 (free from €60), Balearic Islands €7.95 (free from €65) and European Union €14.95 (free from €120). The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go via Correos at cost price: €21.30 up to 1 kg and €30.70 from 1 kg, no free shipping (destination taxes are paid by the recipient). Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and Liechtenstein €24.95, no free shipping: customs duties, destination VAT and the carrier's customs handling fee are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price. Collecting it at the next UTOPIC event is free.

How a place is paid for

In full, 100 % when you book.

Or half when you book to secure the place, and the other half in cash at check in.

Or in monthly card instalments, with your UTOPIC account: one when you buy and the rest on the same day each month, so the last one is charged in July at the latest (buying in December, 8 instalments; in January, 7; and so on until June, 2). Each instalment is the price of the current phase plus payment processing costs, rounded to the euro, and you see it before paying. Your ticket arrives after the first instalment.

By paying in instalments you authorise them to be charged to your card automatically until the full amount is paid. They can't be cancelled from your account: changes and refunds follow these same terms. If an instalment can't be charged, we'll let you know so you can pay it; if it stays unpaid, the place may be cancelled.

How you get your order

You choose in the cart: home delivery or collection at the next UTOPIC event.

If you choose delivery, we prepare your order in 2-3 business days and ship it by courier with a tracking number, which you get by email. Indicative transit times once it ships: mainland Spain 2-4 days, Balearic Islands 3-6, European Union 4-8, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and Liechtenstein 5-10 (plus customs time). We don't ship to the rest of the world for now; write to us if you're interested.

If you choose collection, we keep it aside with your name on it. If you end up not coming, write to summercamp@utopicdance.com and we'll sort it: we ship it, hold it for the next one, or refund you.

If something sells out between your order and us packing it, we'll tell you and refund that amount.

Changes to the camp programme

The schedule, spaces and teaching staff may change for reasons outside our control.

If a change materially affects what you bought, we'll tell you by email.

Age

Under-16s need consent from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult staying at the campsite.

16 and 17 year olds can come on their own, also with that consent.

U-POINTS and levels

U-POINTS is UTOPIC's points programme: you earn 1 U-POINT for every euro you pay in the shop and on tickets, and also for purchases at our stand. U-POINTS don't expire, aren't money and can't be exchanged for money or transferred to someone else.

Redemption: 100 U-POINTS equal €1 off, from 100 upwards in steps of 100, as a single-use coupon valid for one year. Anyone with a UTOPIC account can redeem. As long as you haven't used it, you can cancel the coupon from your account and get its U-POINTS back.

Levels: depending on what you've paid at UTOPIC in the last 12 months (paid minus refunded; gift cards count when they're spent, not when they're bought) you have the CREW level (from when you create your account), FAM (from €200) or HOME (from €600). Your level is worked out automatically and can go up or down as those 12 months move on.

Perks of each level: CREW, 500 U-POINTS on your birthday. FAM, ×1.5 U-POINTS on SUPPLY clothing and merch purchases, the spend-based gifts with SUPPLY orders, early access to new SUPPLY collections and 1,000 U-POINTS on your birthday. HOME, everything in FAM with ×2 U-POINTS on SUPPLY and access to the UTOPIC Summer Camp presale. The birthday gift requires you to have given us your date of birth, is given once a year and the date can't be changed from your account.

U-POINTS pay for part of the pass, but they don't reserve a spot: you secure your spot by buying the ticket, in the presale or at general sale.

The UTOPIC FAM subscription stopped being sold on 17 October 2026: since then FAM is a U-POINTS level. Anyone who had it keeps all their U-POINTS.

UTOPIC may change these terms, the levels or the redemption value with at least 30 days' notice. U-POINTS you already have aren't lost because of that change.

UTOPIC APPS

The UTOPIC apps (the ones listed at utopicdance.com/apps) are used with your UTOPIC account. The free plan includes 4 videos a month in each video app and, in the others, the limits shown on the plans page. The Pro plan is a monthly or yearly subscription (the current price is shown before you pay) that renews until you cancel it.

Free Pro trial: when you create your account you can activate one month of Pro for free. A card is required, but nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. We'll email you 5 days before it ends. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first monthly fee is charged and the subscription continues month to month. If you cancel during the trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends and you won't be charged. The trial can be enjoyed once per person.

12 months of Pro as a gift for the UTOPIC III survey: anyone who answers the feedback survey with their UTOPIC account can activate 12 months of Pro for free. A card is required, but nothing is charged during those 12 months. We'll email you 5 days before they end. If you don't cancel before then, the current monthly Pro fee is charged and the subscription continues month to month until you cancel. If you cancel during the 12 months, you keep Pro until they end and you won't be charged. It is once per person and only for accounts that have answered the survey: if it is activated without meeting this, it is cancelled. The survey and the gift can be claimed until 19 December 2026 at 23:59 (Madrid time); anyone who has already activated it keeps it. Anyone who answered before 4 October 2026 can choose, instead, the €10 voucher in the next section; the two are mutually exclusive.

You can cancel Pro whenever you like from your apps account: you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid and won't be charged again.

Invite your friends: every account has an invite link (in your apps account). For each person who comes in with your link, creates a new UTOPIC account and pays a Pro fee (their first real charge counts; the free trial, gifts and €0 fees don't), you get 1 free month of Pro, with no limit on months. If you already have a paid Pro subscription, it's paused for that month and you aren't charged; when it ends it resumes on its own and its dates move forward by the length of the pause. Otherwise, the month is added to your account. Inviting yourself, or accounts created just for that, doesn't count: if we see fraudulent use, we may withdraw the months earned.

€10 voucher from the UTOPIC III survey

Anyone who answered the UTOPIC III feedback survey with their UTOPIC account before 4 October 2026 can choose, instead of the 12 months of UTOPIC APPS Pro, a €10 discount voucher for their UTOPIC IV pass. Only those people can choose it, once each, and choosing it rules out the 12 months of Pro (and vice versa).

The voucher can be chosen until 19 December 2026 at 23:59 (Madrid time) at utopicdance.com/en/summercamp/feedback/regalo. It is valid from 20 December 2026, only for UTOPIC IV registration, and is used by entering its code at checkout.

The code is personal and single use, and it is saved in your UTOPIC account. Keeping it safe is up to you: if it is shared or lost and someone else uses it, we won't replace it. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

Behaviour

UTOPIC is built on four things: community, respect, enjoyment and growth.

Any harassment, violence or discrimination means immediate removal from the camp with no refund.

The campsite's own rules apply on top of these.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
