Who is responsible

The data controller is Francisco Javier Martín Durán · NIF ES40362836K · Mas Gatielles, Barri Baio 7A, 17852 Serinyà (Girona, España), organiser of UTOPIC Summer Dance Camp.

What we collect

What you give us: name, surname, email and, depending on the case, phone, Instagram, date of birth, size, who you'd like to share a bungalow with, travel times or comments.

Your purchase: what you bought, the amount, payment status and, for clothing, the delivery address. Your card details never pass through us: the payment gateway handles them.

Basic technical browsing data, such as device type or the pages you visit.

What we use it for

To manage your registration, your place, your order and its delivery.

To answer you when you write, and to let you know if a place frees up and you're on the waiting list.

To meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We don't sell your data to anyone or pass it on for commercial purposes.

On what legal basis

Performance of the contract, when you buy a place, an add-on or an item.

Your consent, when you fill in a form or join the waiting list or the newsletter.

Compliance with legal obligations, for invoicing.

Who else sees it

Wix, which runs the shop, orders, tickets and accounts, as a data processor.

Netlify, which serves the pages.

The payment gateway that processes your purchase.

The courier, if you buy clothing: only what's needed to deliver it.

The campsite, only what's needed to manage your accommodation if you book it through us.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Outside Europe

Wix and Netlify may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which is the mechanism provided for this.

How long we keep it

While we have a relationship with you and, after that, for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.

If you only joined the waiting list or the newsletter, until you ask us to delete you.

What you can demand

Access your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, restrict it and ask for it to be ported.

To do so, write to summercamp@utopicdance.com saying what you want.

If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

Under-16s need consent from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult at the campsite. 16 and 17 year olds can come alone with that consent.
