How it works

- Level up Your level is based on what you've spent in the last 12 months and goes up on its own.
- Redeem From your account, whenever you like: 100 U-POINTS = €1 as a single-use coupon for the shop or tickets.
Questions
How is my level worked out?
From what you've paid at UTOPIC in the last 12 months: clothing, tickets, extras and pass payments. Gift cards count when they're spent, not when they're bought.
Can I go down a level?
Yes: every day we look at the last 12 months, so if you stop buying, the oldest purchases stop counting. Your account shows how long you keep your level.
Do U-POINTS expire?
No. The U-POINTS you have stay in your account even if your level changes.
What happened to UTOPIC FAM?
The UTOPIC FAM subscription has ended: FAM is now a level you reach by buying, with no fee. Redeeming U-POINTS is now open to everyone.
How do I redeem my U-POINTS?
In your account you choose how many to redeem (from 100, in steps of 100) and we give you a single-use coupon, valid for a year, for the shop or tickets. If you don't use it, cancel it and the U-POINTS come back.
